The Merrill Lynch U.S. High Yield Master II Constrained Index is a market value-weighted index of all domestic and yankee high-yield bonds, including deferred interest bonds and payment-in-kind securities. Issues included in the index have maturities of one year or more and have a credit rating lower than BBB-/Baa3, but are not in default. The Merrill Lynch U.S. High Yield Master II Constrained Index limits any individual issuer to a maximum of 2% benchmark exposure.
The Bloomberg/Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index is a market value-weighted index of taxable investment-grade fixed-rate debt issues, including government, corporate, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, with maturities of one year or more. The Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia and Far East Index (MSCI EAFE Index®) is a market capitalization-weighted index of equity securities of companies domiciled in various countries. The Index is designed to represent the performance of developed stock markets outside the United States and Canada and excludes certain market segments unavailable to U.S.-based investors. Index returns for periods after January 1, 1997, are adjusted for tax withholding rates applicable to U.S.-based mutual funds organized as Massachusetts business trusts.
The Bloomberg/Barclays 3-Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index is a market value-weighted index of investment-grade fixed-rate public obligations of the U.S. Treasury with maturities of three months, excluding zero-coupon strips.

The MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI) ex USA ESG Index is a capitalization-weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance relative to their sector peers, as rated by MSCI ESG Research.
The MSCI USA ESG Index represents the performance of stocks of large- to mid-capitalization U.S. companies with high environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance relative to their sector peers, as rated by MSCI ESG Research.
The MSCI ACWI Index (Net) is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the equity market performance of developed and emerging markets. The MSCI ACWI consists of 45 country indices comprising 24 developed and 21 emerging market country indices. It is not possible to invest directly in the index. Performance data shown for the index is net of dividend tax withholding.
The pool returns of Fidelity Charitable® are based on the total returns of the mutual fund(s) in the pool and net of the Fidelity Charitable annual administrative fee. The total return of each mutual fund is updated monthly, and includes changes in share price and reinvestment of dividend and capital gains, and the effect of the fund’s management fee and other expenses. Share price and return will vary. During some of the periods reported, Fidelity Investments® was reimbursing a portion of fund expenses.
