How do I tell if my Charity’s Stripe account is Express or not?
Nonexpress accounts enable you to use the same email address for multiple connected accounts.
- Fidelity Charitable and the Fidelity Giving Marketplace use the Stripe Express view for all users; though you may have a connected Nonexpress account, you will always view Fidelity Charitable transactions through your Express dashboard.
- Once you are logged in to Stripe, your dashboard will vary depending on your charity’s account type.
- Express: There will only be two tabs available. One for Overview and one for Transactions or Balance.
- Nonexpress: There will be more than two tabs available for viewing account information which may include Home, Payments, Balances, Customers, Products, Billing, Reports, and More. You can select your various connected accounts from a dropdown in the top left corner.
